Texarkana's first "Electric" Christmas Parade will be in Downtown on Monday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. With TOYLAND as the theme, honored Parade Marshals will be 3 LIVE camels. More than 100 entries are expected including lighted floats, bands, and of course Santa!
